I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale. Life can get messy, overwhelming, confusing, and sometimes just plain exhausting, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. My goal is to create a virtual space that feels safe, compassionate, judgment-free, and genuinely human. Every person’s story is different, so I tailor therapy to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. Together, we work toward meaningful change that feels realistic, grounded, and aligned with who you are and who you want to become.

I help clients navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions. Together, we focus on building practical coping tools, processing difficult experiences, and creating space for healing and growth. You do not have to go through things alone. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to start, I encourage you to reach out. Taking the first step can feel hard, and it is also an important act of care for yourself. I would be honored to support you as you move toward healing and change.

Focused Therapeutic Approaches

Accelerated Resolution Therapy

Are you tired of talking about your trauma over and over again without experiencing lasting healing? Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) uses guided eye movements and evidence-based techniques to help your brain process distressing memories, reduce emotional triggers, and ease the body sensations connected to trauma, anxiety, and depression. The best part? You don’t have to share every detail of your experiences in order to find relief.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Are you feeling disconnected from yourself, your purpose, or the life you want to be living? Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps you identify what truly matters to you, develop greater psychological flexibility, and make intentional choices that align with your values. Through ACT, you can learn to respond to difficult thoughts and emotions with compassion while creating a rich and meaningful life.

Talk Therapy

Sometimes, the simple act of being heard can be the first step toward change. Talk therapy provides a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences. Through honest conversation and a strong therapeutic relationship, you can gain insight, build coping skills, and move toward greater healing and personal growth.

Areas of Interest

Relationship

Relationships can be one of our greatest sources of joy—and one of our deepest sources of pain. Conflict, disconnection, and broken trust can leave you feeling stuck and unsure of how to move forward. In therapy, we work to strengthen communication, rebuild connection, and create a healthier foundation so your relationship can become a place of safety, understanding, and growth.

Pregnancy, Postpartum, Infertility

The journey into parenthood can bring immense joy, but it can also come with unexpected grief, anxiety, identity shifts, and emotional challenges. Whether you are navigating pregnancy, postpartum changes, or the pain of infertility, you don’t have to carry it alone. In therapy, we create space to process your experience, honor your emotions, and help you find steadiness and support through every season of your journey.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

PTSD can make the past feel painfully present—memories, triggers, and hypervigilance crashing in long after the danger is gone. It’s exhausting to live on edge. In therapy, we work to restore safety, process what happened without reliving it, and rebuild trust in yourself and the world so you can move forward without trauma steering your life.

Schedule a Consult Today!

I offer free, no pressure, 15-minute consultations. Let’s chat first before deciding to schedule your first therapy appointment. I often tell my clients, my role isn’t to be your counselor. My role is to promote your mental wellness and if that means being your counselor or finding a counselor who would be a best fit for you then I more than happy to do so. Stepping into the therapeutic process can bring up a lot of unsure or anxious feelings. Let me help you navigate those first steps! Call or text to set up your consultation.

You are welcome to schedule your appointment without a consultation.
