As a mental health therapist at my practice, you’ll find that my commitment is to empower you—not to manage you. My role as a Board-approved LCSW supervisor allows me to offer meaningful supervision, with a focus on helping you develop the skills you need, in order to launch your own private practice when you’re ready. My philosophy is simple: “I’m not here to be your boss; I’m here to be a resource so that you can be your own boss.”

Pay is set at $60 per billable hour. I value financial transparency and want you to feel empowered over your work life. This is why my employees are given full access to see where the money is going in the practice. See what it costs to run a practice, to have employees and how much we each profit from your valuable work. You’ll also have the freedom to set your own work hours and choose the client population that aligns with your goals and expertise—you tell me what you want, and I’ll support you in making it happen. This is a place for growth, independence, and a collaborative journey toward professional success.
