Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive behavioral therapy is a psycho-social intervention that aims to improve mental health. CBT focuses on challenging and changing cognitive distortions and behaviors, improving emotional regulation, and the development of personal coping strategies that target solving current problems.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Also known as Parts Work. It is the concept that our personality is composed of a number of various parts from our subconscious. The goal of parts-therapy is to help people have all the parts of the self ready to show up when needed.
Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT)
(EFT) is a type of counseling that helps couples improve their relationship by strengthening their emotional connection. Through guided conversations, couples learn to break negative patterns, communicate more effectively, and build a deeper, more trusting bond. This approach is all about creating a secure, loving relationship where both partners feel understood and valued.

Women's Issues
Therapy for women's issues focuses on addressing the unique challenges and experiences that women face throughout their lives, such as (but not limited to) Fertility, Prenatal, and Postpartom issues. I aim to empathize the specific societal pressures and personal struggles that women often encounter. The goal is to create a supportive space where you can explore your feelings, develop coping strategies, and empower yourself to make positive changes.
