Therapeutic Approaches
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Also known as Parts Work. It is the
concept that our personality is
composed of a number of various parts
from our subconscious. The goal of
parts-therapy is to help people have all
the parts of the self ready to show up
when needed.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive behavioral therapy is a
psycho-social intervention that aims to
improve mental health. CBT focuses on
challenging and changing cognitive
distortions and behaviors, improving
emotional regulation, and the
development of personal coping
strategies that target solving current
problems.
Strengths - Based Therapy
Strength-based therapy focuses on a
person's strengths and
resourcefulness, rather than their
weaknesses. The goal is to help
people build on their strengths to
improve their resilience and well-
being
Self Esteem
Self-esteem therapy can be an
effective way to improve an
individual's sense of self-worth and
confidence. By addressing negative
thoughts and beliefs, and helping my
clients develop positive coping
mechanisms, I can help them build a
stronger foundation for self-esteem
and work together to help them
achieve their personal goals.
Anxiety
Therapy for anxiety focuses on
addressing the thoughts, feelings,
& behaviors of the client & how it’s
impacted them. I aim to teach
clients the skills they need to
interrupt & change the negative or
problematic thoughts & behaviors
that feed into their anxiety. The
goal is to help clients develop
coping strategies to manage their
anxiety.
Relationships
The foundation of any type of healthy
relationship is trust and respect.
Sometimes a relationship needs a bit
of help growing these two pillars for
whatever reason.
It is always an honor to walk beside
my clients in their relationships and
watch them grow.

Schedule a Consult Today!
I offer free, no pressure, 15-minute consultations. Let’s chat first before deciding to schedule your first therapy appointment. I often tell my clients, my role isn’t to be your counselor. My role is to promote your mental wellness and if that means being your counselor or finding a counselor who would be a best fit for you then I more than happy to do so. Stepping into the therapeutic process can bring up a lot of unsure or anxious feelings. Let me help you navigate those first steps! Call or text to set up your consultation.
